* Develop media plan to distribute campaign messaging to targeted markets, particularly African-Americans
* Conduct brainstorming sessions with candidate and/or team members to create, define and refine messaging to diverse audiences
* Create outreach strategies/programs, e.g. town hall meetings, RTV (register-to-vote), GOTV campaigns
* Develop internet strategies to better reach and engage core constituencies or diverse markets around core issues, e.g. develop/manage issue-focused blog
* Research, write, edit newsletters (print or e-newsletters) to distribute to targeted groups
